Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As an integral member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for medical professionals to diagnose and treat patient illnesses.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with radiologists, doctors, and nurses to ensure that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their MRI procedures.
  • Your technical expertise will include adjusting scan parameters, preparing patients, and maintaining accurate patient records within our Radiology Information System (RIS).
ResponsibilitiesPatient Imaging (75%)
  • Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated body parts with minimal supervision.
  • Screen patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications.
  • Prepare patients for MR procedures, explaining the process and providing support during the examination.
  • Maintain positive relationships with radiologists, referring customers, and colleagues.
Imaging Support (20%)
  • Maintain equipment in good working order, cleaning and disinfecting after each use.
  • Assist with software upgrades and maintain updated MRI protocol manuals.
  • Monitor medical supply inventory and assist with training new associates.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience), based on industry standards and regional market rates.
