Job Responsibilities

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Managing the office environment, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication between team members.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including making reservations, booking flights, and arranging transportation.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, and visitors, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college education or experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
