Senior Materials Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Materials Inspector to join Alleima Precision Tube LLC.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist - NDT with expertise in Nondestructive Testing (NDT) to work with our team. As a Senior Materials Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of materials and finished products by conducting thorough tests and inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Train, test, and certify NDT inspectors in various methods and techniques as per the latest revision of Alleima's practices and procedures.
• Prepare and verify work instructions for NDT methods in compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Analyze and interpret inspection quality data, conduct research on product defects, and recommend modifications to improve efficiency.
• Fulfill duties as a UT test operator when required.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in quality control or related fields.
• Eddy Current Level III certification.
• Ultrasonic Level III certification.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $83,000 based on industry standards and regional factors.
