Product Development Manager in Multifamily Housing

CSC Serviceworks is seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. As a Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our product to ensure seamless user experiences, increased user engagement, and retention, particularly within the multifamily housing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to define product vision and strategy in multifamily housing.
  2. Conduct user research, usability studies, and analyze feedback within the multifamily housing sector to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
  3. Prioritize features based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  4. Work with engineering and design to translate requirements into user stories, prototypes, and feature specs for multifamily marketing.
  5. Continuously improve the user experience, focusing on seamless, intuitive interactions across all product touchpoints in multifamily marketing workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business, or equivalent, and 3-5 years of business-to-business sales and prospecting experience.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a product manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and optimizing consumer-facing products in the multifamily housing or real estate marketing domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations within the multifamily housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, particularly in multifamily marketing contexts.
