Job DescriptionThis role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the EHS department. The primary responsibilities include organizing, scanning, and filing EHS records into the company's record-keeping systems.
Main Responsibilities- Organize, scan, and upload EHS-related documents into the company's database systems.
- Maintain and update the EHS database, ensuring documents are accurately created, well-organized, and easily accessible.
- Create and generate reports to track and display the status of safety-related assignments and responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the EHS database, ensuring all documents are accurately created, well-organized, and easily accessible.
Safety Signage & Printed MaterialsThe candidate will collaborate with area supervisors to create, edit, and update safety signage specific to different areas of the facility.
Additional Responsibilities- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned to support the EHS department and ensure safety compliance throughout the facility.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in administrative support, safety programs, or database management is preferred but not required.
We offer an estimated annual salary range of $45,000-$60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
