About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our internal education team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for our employees, focusing on global medical affairs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational content for internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of educational programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in medical affairs or education
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful educational programs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
