Job Overview

Spindrift is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and promoting our brand in assigned territories, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with key retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, including grocery, mass, natural, and drug stores
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase display space and optimize shelf placement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and brand awareness
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry
  • Sales experience in various classes of trade, including grocery, mass, natural, and drug stores
  • Proven sales success track record and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to travel overnight on occasion based on business needs
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth, start-up environment
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and excellent communication skills
