About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Property Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Industrial Property Management team, you will be responsible for providing direct management oversight for assigned retail properties.

Your primary objective will be to maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients. This will involve property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to clients
  • Manage an industrial portfolio, including all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop your staff
  • Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants to ensure ongoing, successful relationships
  • Contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of commercial property management experience, including recent experience in one of the following: office, retail, industrial, or healthcare
  • Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation, and administration
  • CA Real Estate License required within 120 days
  • Experience using a property management accounting platform, such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI
