Diagnostic Imaging Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel assignment in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience in computed tomography and a strong understanding of imaging procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
  • At least 2 years of experience in computed tomography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
