We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, annual raises, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in renal care.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.
