About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Processing Specialist in the National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI). NCSI is a leading organization in the youth sports safety movement, advocating for safer communities and advancing safety policy through education and influence.

Job Description

  • Complete multiple specialized processes to assist in the completion of background screenings.
  • Organize and understand multiple disclosures and forms.
  • Compare screening information to multiple forms of identification for accuracy.
  • Manage ongoing requests.
  • Maintain effective record keeping and note taking.
  • Carefully manage confidential and sensitive information daily.
  • Guarantee assigned goals are met.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to all involved parties including registrants, clients, and courts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Understanding of general computer skills including web applications, web-based research process, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
  • At least 1 year of employment experience.
  • At least 1 full year of college from an accredited school or equivalent experience.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
