Job Description

We are a rapidly growing Property Management Company, M Shapiro Real Estate Group, seeking to fill the position of a skilled Property Manager for a multifamily community in Nevada. This role requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure residents receive the highest levels of service consistent with our company's Customer Service philosophy.
  • Team Leadership: Work with our management team to build out and manage a team of leasing superstars and friendly maintenance teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve resident/customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Maintenance: Maintain properties to ensure they look their best at all times.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop a marketing strategy and maintain effective advertising to attract prospective residents to our community.
  • Rental and Leasing Process: Coordinate and manage the Rental, leasing, refurbishments, closings, and follow-up processes.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: As a Property Manager, you must have a strong business mindset together with the ability to place the highest priority on customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills are vital parts of this role.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business is a plus. Minimum of 2 years property management experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Additional Requirements: Prior sales and leasing experience. General knowledge of repair and maintenance duties. Solid negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law. Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Rent Manager is preferred.
Compensation:
