About the Opportunity

PRIDE Health is a leading healthcare recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking an experienced Critical Care Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide critical care services in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy services to critically ill patients, including intubation, ventilation, and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence within the organization

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • At least 2 years of experience in critical care settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits

This is a travel assignment with a guaranteed hourly rate of $$68.50 per hour (based on a 36-hour workweek), plus tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
