Your responsibilities include documenting patient care, training staff, and ensuring adherence to nursing protocols.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing direct patient care, promoting recovery and improving quality of life.
  • Mentoring and training floor nurses on HNF documentation.
  • Fostering effective communication among the interdisciplinary team.
  • Documenting patient care and following up on daily nursing templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. A current license by the State Board of Nursing is also required. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred. Additionally, maintaining BLS/CPR certification is necessary for employment at a skilled nursing center.

Location:
