Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Benihana | Arizona. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed items.
  • Portion and garnish cooked items to ensure presentation meets our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
  • Communicate with the Lead Line Cook to facilitate customer orders efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food preparation required.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
