Job Summary

CorsoCare Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide home care services to clients in Eaton, Ingham, Clinton, and Shiawassee Counties.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration or licensure, and a minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent.

Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures, as well as documenting findings and communicating with physicians and caregivers.

The Occupational Therapist will also participate in discharge planning and implement teaching appropriate to the client's needs.
