Job Description

At Apple, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation in Touch Technologies. We're seeking a highly skilled Analog Front End Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation Touch solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance, low-power analog front-end architectures for touch sensing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical aspects of design interaction with the overall product
  • Author detailed specifications, analyses, and characterization plans for touch system ASICs
  • Perform modeling of the system and ASIC using high-level tools
  • Optimize designs across multiple disciplines, including hardware/firmware design partitioning, trade-off assessments, design checking, and tolerance analysis
Requirements
  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong electrical engineering background in analog circuit design, signal processing, mixed-signal design, filter design, and/or embedded system design
  • Experience in system-level design, requirements documentation, and IC micro-architecture definition of complex mixed-signal ASICs
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Verilog, or similar simulation, design, and modeling tools
