You will also be responsible for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, or knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, we encourage you to apply.
