Technical Support Specialist

GAVS Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers. Your expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as your experience with common productivity software, will be invaluable in resolving technical issues. Additionally, your knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools will enable you to provide top-notch support. You will also be responsible for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions, or knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional service.
