Data Engineer Intern - Business Analytics Expert plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by architecting and implementing advanced analytics capabilities. Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders, this individual translates business requirements into technical specifications and coded data pipelines.

The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain custom data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources. Handling large and complex data sets, they will utilize unstructured data to solve business challenges.

To excel in this role, the Data Engineer Intern - Business Analytics Expert must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in seeking out challenges, and continually improve their knowledge and skills. Participating in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning opportunities is essential for enhancing knowledge and skills.

This individual will collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to effectively communicate progress, challenges, and ideas. Working on projects that provide opportunities to collaborate with other interns and associates in different departments is also expected.

The ideal candidate will identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the internship, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic by being reliable, responsible, and having a positive attitude towards assigned responsibilities is crucial.

Additionally, the Data Engineer Intern - Business Analytics Expert will develop business skills in communication and shadowing other professionals. Accurate record-keeping, documenting progress, and preparing reports or presentations as required are also key responsibilities.
