About Us

Highlands-Cashiers Hospital is a community hospital serving Macon, Jackson and surrounding counties. We offer 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and long-term care through Eckerd Living Center. Our ambulatory services include therapy services and primary care. With more than 24 beds for acute care services and 80+ beds in the Eckerd Living Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist will perform routine and complex lab analyses and/or identification procedures on blood, tissue, and body fluids with minimal supervision. You will assist management in monitoring quality control data to ensure accurate and precise results or procedures. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping us maintain high-quality patient care standards.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field from an accredited institution
  • ASCP Certification or equivalent certification by a nationally recognized board/agency as a Medical Laboratory Scientist

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
