Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of improving sales, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive salary range of $48,000 - $55,000 per year.
- Health benefits after 90 days of employment.
