About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Rite Aid of New York. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising store associates, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Assist Store Associates: Provide guidance and support to store associates with daily operational tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Customer Service and Support: Assist customers with their shopping needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, meeting Rite Aid's high standards.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Implement plan-o-gram displays, perform receiving and stocking procedures, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Cash Handling and Security: Count and reconcile cash register drawers, prepare deposits, and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Store Operations and Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including regular inspections, removal, or rotation of inventory according to the Product Freshness Review Schedule.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in retail, food service, restaurant, or customer service industry, preferably at a supervisor level.
