Job Description

A leading staffing agency, Insight Global, seeks a skilled Project Manager/IT Lead to oversee technical infrastructure and networking projects across multiple school districts in the local area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and coordinating with directors, vendors, and internal technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, allocate budgets, and prioritize projects with directors from the school districts
  • Work directly with outside vendors for technical services and equipment procurement
  • Manage deliverables, timelines, and meetings to present status and mitigate risks
  • Lead a team of technical support staff and make decisions on resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Fundamental understanding of technology, networking, and infrastructure management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using project planning and tracking tools
  • Ability to lead a team of technical support staff

Nice to Have:

  • K-12 industry experience
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ technical support employees

Compensation: $45-$50 per hour, benefits start after 31 days, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and 401k retirement account with employer matching.
