About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Ellington, CT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating manufacturing machines, inspecting parts for quality, assembling and packaging products, and performing routine cleaning tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Assemble and package products efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours while performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting job requirements
