About the Role

Crimson Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances
  • Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent
  • Administer payroll and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in HR or a university degree with a focus on HR management
  • Relevant professional experience in a similar role and knowledge of payroll preparation
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and discretion
