About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Care Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICU or Med/Surg settings and hold a valid Indiana Registered Nurse license.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN degree
  • At least 1 year of RN experience in ICU or Med/Surg settings
  • Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with heavier loads when necessary
