We are seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the full P&L of assigned communities, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with established guidelines. This role requires expertise in cost control, revenue improvement, and effective personnel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead community operations to achieve expected results and maintain expert knowledge of local rental markets.
  • Establish performance goals for on-site personnel, fostering teamwork toward management plan objectives.
  • Review and approve rental applications, move-in files, deposit accounting statements, renewals, and move-outs, as well as oversee collections and expense management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety regulations are followed and rentable space is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain effective teams through selection, training, development, and motivation of staff, ensuring achievement of performance goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in property management, with 7+ years of increasing responsibility.
  • Proven knowledge of financial aspects of apartment management, including cost management, maintenance, marketing, and leasing.
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, ability to navigate challenging situations, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and industry-specific software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, highly organized, customer service-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Certifications such as ARM, CAM, or CPM are preferred.

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) Plan with employer match, life insurance, and performance-based discretionary bonus.
