Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Hopedale Medical Complex. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient communication. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Recording patient demographic information, insurance, and billing details into our computer system.
  • Counseling patients on financial matters such as insurance and billing.
  • Providing information to patients regarding hospital policies, visiting hours, and other relevant topics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a medical office setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
