At Abode Care Partners, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings.

Overview:

  • As an Advanced Healthcare Practitioner for Senior Care, you will be responsible for examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other health issues.
  • You will collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive patient plans.
  • Our Nurse Practitioners work closely with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and develop personalized care plans.

Requirements:

  • An active state Nurse Practitioner license is required, along with current National Board Certification and Active state DEA licensure.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is also necessary, as well as five or more years of nursing experience and at least two years of nurse practitioner experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment are essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations is also required, as is the ability to engage in moderate physical activity.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 per year, based on experience.
