As a key member of our home health team, you will provide personalized rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their daily living skills and overall quality of life. About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year, paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected is an estimate of annual compensation based on a standard schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving their daily living skills and overall quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient progress.
  • Travel to various locations to provide services, utilizing your independence and flexibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or the equivalent, with licensure or certification within the state providing services.
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision, preferably in a home health, medical-surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to all business locations.
