Clinical Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Support Professional to join our team at Major Health Partners in Shelby County. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of our patients and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of quality care. As a Clinical Support Professional at Major Health Partners, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Providing front office registration, phlebotomy, and back office clinical assistant duties
- Preparing patients for examinations and assisting with medical procedures
- Collecting and processing laboratory specimens
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
