Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at Marathon Health.

As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and providing primary care services to patients. Our goal is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family practice or internal medicine, with experience in leading a team of healthcare professionals. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $230,000-$280,000 per year, based on location and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and an employee assistance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide primary care services to patients
• Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency in family practice or internal medicine
• Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; Active state license required; DEA preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
