Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our front desk operations. As an Administrative Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing records, and performing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our Seymour office.
  • Manage records and files, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, printing agendas, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Work independently to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
