Job Summary

Kareer Katalyst is seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems and automation solutions for various projects.

About the Role

  • Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation applications using PLC programming and HMI development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control systems and instrumentation.

Key Qualifications

  • 2 or 4-year degree in engineering concentration.
  • 1-3 years of experience in controls engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
  • Strong knowledge of control theory, automation, and instrumentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, or material handling industry.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
