We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity to sell our B2B immigration solution to Mid-Market and Enterprise HR/Operations leaders.

About the Role:
  • Sell our B2B immigration solution to HR/Operations leaders, focusing on creating positive business outcomes for clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring and talent pain points, and showcasing how our solutions can address these challenges.
About You:
  • 18+ months of successful quota-carrying experience in B2B sales.
  • Possesses intellectual curiosity for uncovering and solving business challenges.
  • Understanding of the HR landscape or interest in learning and selling into HR personas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD QUALITY PIPELINE: Own your pipeline, self-generate opportunities, and collaborate with SDRs on prospecting efforts.
  • BUILD CHAMPIONS & WIN NEW BUSINESS: Execute sales calls to build champions with HR leaders, driving new logo acquisition as the primary goal and growth driver for the company.
Salary Range:

$80,000-$120,000 per year, based on experience and performance. This is a salary range estimate.
