Crisis Resolution Specialist

Oklahoma Human Services is seeking a skilled Crisis Resolution Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities living in their own homes or community living alternatives.
The successful candidate will obtain in-depth social histories, develop and assure community and/or agency resources to meet the consumer's needs, and serve as QIDP and provide monthly monitoring of the program.
About the Role:This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with individuals, families, and community partners.
The Crisis Resolution Specialist will be responsible for meeting compliance with Federal Home and Community Waiver regulations, state, and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities:- Obtain in-depth social histories of consumers
- Develop and assure community and/or agency resources to meet consumer needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a human service field, PLUS one year of general experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities

- Valid permanent Oklahoma Nursing license as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, PLUS one year of general experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

- Bachelor's degree in a closely related field, PLUS one year of professional experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities

- Valid permanent Oklahoma Nursing license as approved by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, PLUS one year of professional experience working directly with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, PLUS one year of professional nursing experience working directly with persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000.87 - $43,000.94 per year, depending on level and experience.
