Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $**45,000 - $55,000 per year**, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

About the Role

As a Caregiver and Medication Aide at Wells Point Lodge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, administering medications, documenting care provided, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Document care provided, including progress notes and medication administration records
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, compassion, and empathy. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are also essential, as you navigate the unique challenges and joys of working with our residents. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
