Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at American Senior Benefits. With a strong focus on giving back to the community, this role offers stability and opportunities for growth.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $41,500 and $101,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough interviews with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create personalized solutions using our comprehensive toolbox of over 220 top insurance carriers.
- Educate the community about available benefits and ensure they have access to necessary resources.
- Provide exceptional support and follow-up services to clients, including claims assistance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in benefits and adapt our offerings accordingly.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other digital tools.
- A strong desire to advocate for the community and make a positive impact.
