Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a safe, nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development.
- Implement our curriculum in partnership with your Lead Teacher, ensuring consistency with each child's needs.
- Partner with parents to provide open, honest, and transparent dialogue regarding their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Requirements
- Genuine love for children and desire for a career of purpose, making a difference in the life of children every day.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation for each child's needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with families, providing clear and concise information about their child's progress.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must meet any specific guidelines for this role set by the state (or willing to obtain).
- Reliable transportation.
