  • Pre-screen, qualify, and compile background information on physician candidates sourced nationally and internationally
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Collaborate with regional medical directors and owners/partners of private practices to make hiring recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment or 4 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to travel frequently and work variable hours
