Job Description

At Spanish Broadcasting, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Promotions Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing all marketing and event coordination, ensuring the success of our trade shows and events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our events and trade shows.
  • Manage inventory and displays, ensuring they are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute event promotions and strategies.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of displays for events and trade shows.
  • Train new team members and provide guidance on marketing strategies.
  • Maintain regular and efficient communication with team members and management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing and building strong business relationships and influencing senior/executive management decisions is an asset.
  • Customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt easily to changing requirements.
  • Led mindset and organized, dependable, dedicated, and detail-oriented team player.
  • Ability to work evening, overnight, and weekends.
  • Valid Driver License is required.

Physical Requirements:

Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
