The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and enhancing EECO's Vendor Managed Inventory for a specific customer located in Norfolk, VA. This role combines elements of customer storerooms, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships with both customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer inventory records and conduct regular storeroom audits.
  • Implement and maintain customer storerooms in accordance with the Scope of Work.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team on continuous improvement activities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS TO INCREASE EECO MRO SALES AND EXPAND EXISTING PROGRAMS.
  • Drive sales amplification through exceptional customer service and delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • AS or BS in Business or 2 years of experience in sales, procurement, or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with common electrical components and concepts.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills necessary to build strong relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Strong process and organizational skills, with a commitment to self-improvement and learning.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
