The Legal Performance Analyst sits within Chubb Global Claims Vendor Management, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating law firm performance. This role identifies areas for improvement, assesses overall value, and implements strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular performance reviews of law firm service and quality.
- Collect and analyze data related to law firm performance, including metrics such as case outcomes, legal costs, cycle times, budget adherence, client satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
- Use key performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and areas for opportunity.
- Develop performance reports to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and define performance criteria, develop methodologies for evaluating law firm performance, and develop strategies to address performance gaps.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in legal performance management.

Requirements- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and industry standards.
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Experience in performance management, defining service level and performance expectations, and data analysis within the legal industry, preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft products (especially Excel); knowledge of e-billing software a plus.
