Job Description:

As our Human Resources Compliance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring data quality and integrity across our organization. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records and reports using Salesforce and SharePoint. You will also be responsible for overseeing new hire personnel files, medical files, I-9 files, and CHRC files to ensure compliance with state regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with HHA Exchange, E-Verify, CHRC, and HCR (preferred)
