Overview

Job Summary

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $62,000 per year, based on the national average for Registered Nurses in Maine. With 36 hours of work per week, you can enjoy a great work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety: Provide safe and effective patient care by utilizing best practices during hand-off communication and when reporting patient care information.
  • Clinical Assessments: Perform and document systematic assessments according to established criteria, recognizing and responding to abnormal diagnostic data.
  • Treatment and Documentation: Develop and maintain a professional and personable relationship with patients/ families and staff, treating them with courtesy and respect.
  • Critical Thinking: Utilize theoretical knowledge base to operationalize care, ensuring accurate and complete documentation reflecting adherence to hospital, regulatory, and legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Maine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
