Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Assistant Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Community Resource Center, you will be responsible for providing case management support to participants and assisting Case Managers with coordination and documentation.


Main Responsibilities:
  • You will greet participants entering the facility and complete drug screens as required.
  • Perform breath analysis on each participant and provide written or computerized results.
  • Complete initial intake processes, including paperwork, database input, and group assignments.
  • Provide general office administration duties, including answering phones and general customer service.
  • Assist Case Managers with case coordination, communication, and report preparation and distribution.
  • Manage a participant caseload using Principles of Effective Intervention (What Works) and conduct risk/need assessments and treatment plans.
  • Facilitate evidence-based CBT programs and life skills groups, documenting attendance, participation, and progress.
  • You will develop and monitor participant progress relative to their Case Management Plan throughout all phases of the program.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Social Services preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Human Services with direct participant services preferred.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
