At Soliant Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic educational team in Revere, MA for the upcoming school year.

Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing behavioral support to students in grades K-12, helping them achieve academic and social goals through evidence-based interventions and individualized care. This full-time, on-site position requires a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings, implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect data on student progress, and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent support. Additionally, the RBT will assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain professional communication with families, staff, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with various behavioral needs.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to ensure consistent support.
  • Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Assist in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain professional communication with families, staff, and administration.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Prior experience working with children in a school or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Benefits
