About the Job

We are currently hiring a Full-time and Part-time Registered Dietitian to work with us in providing excellent nutritional care to our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional needs of our residents and developing individualized meal plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans to meet their specific requirements.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to nutrition care.

• Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed.

• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff to promote healthy eating habits and support overall well-being.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being by providing comprehensive care and support.

• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role.

• Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, reflecting your commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

• Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, demonstrating your expertise and credentials in the field.

• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice, ensuring you stay up-to-date with local regulations and best practices.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with our teams and communicate with residents, families, and staff.

• A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with our residents, colleagues, and leadership team.
