About the Job
We are currently hiring a Full-time and Part-time Registered Dietitian to work with us in providing excellent nutritional care to our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional needs of our residents and developing individualized meal plans.
Responsibilities
Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans to meet their specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to nutrition care.
Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff to promote healthy eating habits and support overall well-being.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being by providing comprehensive care and support.
Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your role.
Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the satisfaction of our residents.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field, reflecting your commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, demonstrating your expertise and credentials in the field.
Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice, ensuring you stay up-to-date with local regulations and best practices.
Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with our teams and communicate with residents, families, and staff.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with our residents, colleagues, and leadership team.
