Job Title: IT Compliance Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Program Manager to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technology implementation outcomes in our Compliance technology program for ecomm surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive program definition, project plan, and facilitates the development and ensures completion of the IT implementation.
  • Identify issues and risks, work with system architects and delivery teams (vendor / internal) to drive solution, workaround, or alternatively acceptable resolution to challenges.
  • Report on progress qualitatively and quantitatively in front of senior IT and Compliance stakeholders, on financial (actual and forecast), risks / mitigations, issues and constraints, workarounds, etc.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical development and integration background required, with a strong lean towards developer background.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, RACI, and project management practices.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with lean towards actions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills on project risks, dependencies, mitigations, and constraints that drives towards recommendation and trade off decisions.
  • Pragmatic approach to issues and unknowns with hands-on experience in dealing with prior programs of similar size.
  • Experienced in working across compliance, vendors (Actimize-must have) and internal technology teams (collab, infrastructure, cyber, app tech, etc.).
  • Must have experience implementing SaaS solutions for regulatory compliance objectives for Client, SEC, FCA etc. regulatory monitoring outcomes.
  • Must have experience with Actimize surveillance and case management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Client/SEC/FCA communication surveillance requirements are preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal hold, matter management, and retention policy is nice to have.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC lifecycle.
