Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Walgreens. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of pharmacy professionals to deliver high-quality services
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient satisfaction
• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management and asset protection
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Collaborate with store managers and healthcare supervisors to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance billing
